「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務之條款及細則(「本條款及細則」)

本條款及細則適用於任何進入及/或使用「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務 ( 「服務/本服務」 )之客戶。 當客戶辦理/進入/使用本服務,即表示客戶已同意以下本條款及細則並受其約束: 1本服務只適用於現正未有訂購Link著數會員卡及/或中國移動基礎版移動優享/尊享版移動優享服務的中國移動香港有限公司(「中國移動香港」)月費服務計劃之客戶(不包括內地號碼註冊及非中國移動香港客戶) 2本服務計劃之生效時間、合約期及服務內容視乎客戶所選擇之生效方式而訂,詳情如下:

「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務合約優惠 – 24個月合約 25個賬單月
下個賬單月生效 (選項二客戶) 「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務合約優惠 – 12個月合約 12個賬單月 -本服務將由客戶成功申請本服務後下一個賬單月首日生效。 -計劃的服務月費以預繳形式按賬單月收取,客戶使用本服務不足一個賬單月,仍會被收取整月費用,而本服務費用將自動撥入客戶之中國移動香港賬戶,並顯示於賬單上 。 -就選項二客戶而言,賬單月指中國移動香港個人流動電訊月費計劃客戶使用本服務的中國移動香港個人流動電訊服務月費計劃之賬單發單日期計算至下個月發單日期的前一天。
「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務合約優惠 – 24個月合約 24個賬單月
3合資格客戶可通過中國移動香港網上商店、12580熱線、門市或MyLink App-側邊欄- 著數會員 -「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」進入本服務辦理頁面成功辦理訂購增值服務; 4每個電話號碼最多可以申請一個本服務。 5成功申請本服務後,中國移動香港會向客戶發送確認短信。 6當中國移動香港已向客戶收取服務費及 / 或客戶已支付費用,該等服務費不能退款或交換。 7合約期內客戶可透過MyLink App-側邊欄- 著數會員 -「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」頁面(「Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面」)使用本服務。 8如客戶於合約期內終止指定服務,客戶須向中國移動香港支付約定賠償金額,即合約期內剩餘月份之全部本服務月費。 9本服務分為(A) 移動優享服務,(B) Link著數會員權益服務和(C)特惠贈品三部分,具體內容如下: (A)移動優享服務: (1)移動優享券價格優惠 i.合約期內客戶可於Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面以指定優惠價格購買不同面值的移動優享券,優惠價格如下:

ii.移動優享券受相關條款及細則約束,詳情請瀏覽:https://cdn.mylinkapp.hk/via/entry/jxbmyIIAkSuwVwfkBJyFzyAR.html#/main?lang=sc 。 iii.客戶知悉並同意本服務下移動優享券適用的指定商場、指定商鋪及商品將不時更動,以移動優享券商品詳情頁面實時顯示為準。 iv.移動優享券的有效期自購買移動優享券當日起計30天內有效。僅供參考之用,若用戶在 2025 年 6 月 5 日購買移動優享券,該移動優享券之有效期將為購買移動優享券起開始至 2025 年 7 月 4 日結束。如逾期仍未使用,有關移動優享券將自動作廢,且無法延期或退款。 (2)品牌現金券發放: i.合約期內,客戶可於每個帳單月首日獲得1張面值為人民幣10元的品牌現金劵(「品牌劵」)。 ii.合約期內,客戶可於MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中查看獲得的品牌劵。 iii.每張品牌劵面值為人民幣10元。 iv.客戶知悉並同意本服務下品牌劵適用的指定商場、指定商鋪及商品將不時更動,以https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use_direct.html?type=4 頁面實時顯示為準。 v.品牌劵受相關條款及細則約束,詳情請瀏覽Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面內的品牌現金券頁面或MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中獲得的品牌券之條款與細則。 vi.品牌劵的有效期自品牌劵生效當日起計60天内有效。如逾期仍未使用,有關品牌劵將自動作廢,且無法延期或退款。 (3)免費停車券發放: i.合約期內,客戶可於每個帳單月首日獲得1張免費停車券(「停車券」) ii.合約期內,客戶可於MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中查看獲得的停車券。 iii.客戶使用停車券可於指定商場享受免費停車一小時的服務,停車券受相關條款及細則約束,詳情請瀏覽Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面內的停車優惠頁面或MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中獲得的免費停車券之條款與細則。 iv.客戶知悉並同意本服務下停車券適用的指定商場將不時更動,以https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use_direct.html?type=3 頁面實時顯示為準。 v.停車券的有效期自停車券生效當日起計30日內有效。如逾期仍未使用,有關停車券將自動作廢,且無法延期或退款。 (4)商場會員權益服務: i.合約期內客戶可於指定商場享用各項基礎服務(「商場會員權益服務」),指定商場及適用的商場會員權益服務具體詳情請瀏覽: https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use_direct.html?type=2 。 ii.客戶需前往指定商場的服務台或指定商場適用門店並向相關服務人員出示Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面內的卡面部分方可享受相關的商場會員權益服務服務。而就商場會員權益服務中的生日禮遇而言,客戶需同時向相關服務人員出示有效身份證明文件以證明當日為客戶之生日日期,方可享受相關的生日禮遇服務。 iii.具體商場會員權益服務服務內容以商場或商鋪提供為準;如有相關查詢,請向商場服務台或具體商鋪工作人員諮詢。 iv.客戶知悉並同意本服務下商場會員權益服務及商場會員權益服務適用的指定商場及指定商鋪將不時更動,以https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use_direct.html?type=2 頁面實時顯示為準。 v.商場會員權益服務僅限客戶本人使用,不可借予他人使用。 (5)移動優享券、品牌劵、停車券、商場會員權益服務及以上電子劵/權益適用的產品/服務由九州消費科技投資(深圳)有限公司/相關指定商鋪/商場(統稱「移動優享服務第三方供應商」)提供。中國移動香港並不會對有關移動優享服務第三方供應商提供的產品/服務之任何相關資料、內容及其功能,包括但不限於任何商業適售性、或特定目的之適用性、可用性、質量、性質、準確性和實用性、或當中可能包含之知識產權之正當性作出任何陳述、保證或承擔任何責任。 (6)中國移動香港就所購買/換領的有關移動優享服務第三方供應商提供的產品/服務的描述所提供的資料、文字、相片、示意圖及圖片等均僅供參考,請以實物為準。 (7)產品內容如有任何更改、或移動優享服務第三方供應商/公司停止供應產品/服務、或移動優享服務第三方供應商/公司以任何其他移動優享服務第三方供應商/公司產品/服務作為本服務服務內容之替代,恕不另行通知。中國移動香港概不負上任何賠償責任。 (8)中國移動香港對任何移動優享服務第三方供應商所提供的商品或服務之品質、安全性及合法性,供應商的商譽與可信性均無控制力及保證。如對商品或服務的質素或供應情況有任何查詢、申索或投訴,客戶應直接向有關供應商提出。中國移動香港對此不承擔任何責任。 (9)為免存疑,移動優享券、品牌劵、停車劵及商場會員權益服務不可退換或兌換現金,亦不能更換丶退款丶分拆、出售、轉贈或轉讓他人。 (B)Link著數會員權益服務 辦理本服務後,客戶可享受商品會員價、日日拎著數、指定產品返積分權益(統稱「會員權益」),詳情如下: (1)商品會員價: (i)客戶訂購合約期內可透過本服務以指定折扣價格(「會員折扣價」)於MyLink 平台購買指定的電子券商品、實體商品及/或保險產品(「指定折扣價商品」)。 (ii)客戶知悉並同意本服務下可享的會員折扣價及會員折扣價權益適用的指定折扣價商品將不時更動,但會員折扣價將與指定折扣價商品之正價最少相差港幣1元(「最低折扣」)。 (iii)客戶可享的「會員折扣價」及「指定折扣價商品」以(1) Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面;及(2) 具體指定折扣價商品之MyLink商品詳情頁面上實時顯示的會員折扣價為準。 (iv)指定折扣價商品之正價以指定折扣價商品之MyLink商品詳情頁面顯示為準。 (2)日日拎著數: (i)合約期內,客戶每個自然日內可於Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面的「日日拎著數」欄目點擊領取指定跨境巴士優惠券、指定商戶消費優惠券及/或中國內地消費優惠券(「每日優惠劵」)。 (ii)每日優惠劵或有領取的數量上限,優惠劵以及相關領取數量上限的詳情以相關優惠劵的說明頁面顯示為準。 (iii)每日優惠劵的使用受相關條款及細則約束,詳情請瀏覽每日優惠劵個別的說明頁面。 (iv)每日優惠劵均有使用有效期,具體有效期以相關優惠劵的說明頁面顯示為準。客戶須於有效期滿前使用每日優惠劵,逾期作廢,並將不獲補發或延長有效期。 (v)客戶通過本服務可領取的每日優惠劵須於開放領取的當日內領取,逾期將不獲補發及不設補領。客戶在每個自然日內可領取的每日優惠劵均不可累積或撥入至下一個自然日。 (vi)客戶知悉並同意本服務下可領取的每日優惠劵、每日優惠劵的種類及每日優惠劵適用的產品/服務將不時更動,但在客戶成功領取帳單月內所有可領取的每日優惠劵的情況下,該帳單月內所有領取的每日優惠劵合共的面額價值將不少於港幣20元。 (vii)客戶可領取的每日優惠劵以會員卡頁面實時顯示為準。 (3)指定產品返積分: (i)合約期內,客戶以電子現金支付的方式購買指定產品(「指定回贈產品」),可按照本條款及細則第9(B)(3)條獲得相應數量MyLink積分回贈。 (ii)指定回贈產品設有不同的MyLink積分回贈的百分比(「回贈百分比」),指定回贈產品的回贈百分比以指定回贈產品的詳情頁面所顯示為準。 (iii)客戶訂購指定回贈產品可獲的MyLink積分回贈計算公式如下:
扣除使用的優惠及MyLink積分抵扣的部分後客戶訂購指定回贈產品單筆訂單實際支付的港幣金額 × 回贈百分比 × 100 (MyLink積分兌換比率) = 可獲的MyLink積分數量 (如非整數,可獲的MyLink積分數量 將向下舍入至整數)
(iv)客戶每個帳單月內最多可透過指定產品返積分權益領取合共1500積分的回贈。客戶於每個帳單月內所獲得的積分回贈達到1500積分的上限後,任何購買指定回贈產品所支付的金額均不會獲得任何積分回贈。 (v)客戶知悉並同意本服務下指定回贈產品及相關的回贈百分比將不時更動,但每個帳單月內最少會提供2個回贈百分比不少於1%的指定回贈產品。 (vi)指定回贈產品及回贈百分比以會員卡頁面的「現金支付積分回贈」實時顯示為準。 (vii)所有積分均有使用有效期。積分有效期取決於積分被存入客戶的MyLink賬戶之時間。 (viii)客戶應於積分有效期滿前使用積分作兌換獎賞或購買指定產品/服務,逾期作廢,並將不獲補發或延長有效期,兌換MyLink積分須參閱並同意MyLink積分計劃的條款及細則(詳情載於https://www.hk.chinamobile.com/tc/mylinkpoints.html )。 (4)中國移動香港並不會對有關商品會員價、日日拎著數、指定產品返積分三項權益適用的產品/服務(「權益產品」)之任何相關資料、內容及其功能,包括但不限於任何商業適售性、或特定目的之適用性、可用性、質量、性質、準確性和實用性、或當中可能包含之知識產權之正當性作出任何陳述、保證或承擔任何責任。 (5)中國移動香港就所購買/換領的權益產品的描述所提供的資料、文字、相片、示意圖及圖片等均僅供參考,請以實物為準。 (6)本服務適用之電子券商品、實體商品、保險產品之說明及條款,請以具體電子券商品、實體商品、保險產品之條款及細則為準;中國移動香港有權隨時修改此類產品特別說明而不作另行通知。 (7)權益產品內容如有任何更改、或第三方供應商/公司停止供應產品、或第三方供應商/公司以任何其他第三方供應商/公司產品作為權益產品之替代,恕不另行通知。中國移動香港概不負上任何賠償責任。 (8)中國移動香港對第三方供應商/公司提供的權益產品或服務之品質、安全性及合法性,刊登內容之真實性及準確性,第三方供應商/公司的商譽與可信性均無控制力及保證。客戶如對權益產品的質素或供應情況有任何查詢、申索或投訴,應直接向有關第三方供應商/公司提出。中國移動香港對此不承擔任何責任。 (9)客戶獲取每日優惠劵、會員折扣價及/或積分後,不可退換或兌換現金,亦不能更換丶出售、分拆、轉贈或轉讓他人。 (C)特惠贈品 辦理本服務後,客戶可視乎客戶所選擇之服務計劃根據本9(c)段所述內容在合約期内獲得以下贈品(「特惠贈品」),詳情如下:

以上特惠贈品的派發安排如下: (1)額外贈送現金券: i.如客戶訂購「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務合約優惠 – 12個月合約,合約期內,客戶可額外以贈品形式合共獲得8張面值為人民幣10元的品牌劵,有關額外贈送的品牌劵將分為兩期生效,分別於服務生效當日及服務生效當日起計第31天各生效4張品牌劵。 ii.如客戶訂購「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務合約優惠 – 24個月合約,合約期內,客戶可額外以贈品形式合共獲得16張面值為人民幣10元的品牌劵。有關額外贈送的品牌劵將分為四期生效,分別於服務生效當日,服務生效當日起計第31天,服務生效當日起計第61天,服務生效當日起計第91天各生效4張品牌劵。 iii.合約期內,客戶可於MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中查看獲得的品牌劵。 iv.每張品牌劵面值為人民幣10元。 v.客戶知悉並同意本服務下品牌劵適用的指定商場、指定商鋪及商品將不時更動,以https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use_direct.html?type=4 頁面實時顯示為準。 vi.品牌劵受相關條款及細則約束,詳情請瀏覽Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面內的品牌現金券頁面或MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中獲得的品牌券之條款與細則。 vii.品牌劵的有效期自品牌劵生效當日起計60天内有效。如逾期仍未使用,有關品牌劵將自動作廢,且無法延期或退款。 (2)額外贈送洗車券: i.如客戶訂購「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務合約優惠 – 12個月合約,合約期內,客戶可額外以贈品形式合共獲得2張洗車券,有關額外贈送的洗車券將分為兩期生效,分別於服務生效當日及服務生效當日起計第31天各生效1張洗車券。 ii.如客戶訂購「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務合約優惠 – 24個月合約,合約期內,客戶可額外以贈品形式合共獲得4張洗車券。有關額外贈送的洗車券將分為四期生效,分別於服務生效當日,服務生效當日起計第31天,服務生效當日起計第61天,服務生效當日起計第91天各生效1張洗車券。 iii.合約期內,客戶可於MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中查看獲得的洗車券。 iv.客戶使用洗車券可於指定商場享受5座或以下汽車免費洗車服務一次,洗車券受相關條款及細則約束,詳情請瀏覽Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面內的免費洗車頁面或MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中獲得的免費洗車券之條款與細則。 v.客戶知悉並同意本服務下洗車劵適用的指定商場、指定商鋪及商品將不時更動,以https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use_direct.html?type=5 頁面實時顯示為準。 vi.洗車券的有效期自洗車券生效當日起計60日內有效。如逾期仍未使用,有關洗車券將自動作廢,且無法延期或退款。 (3)額外贈送電影同行優惠券: i.如客戶訂購「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務合約優惠 – 12個月合約,合約期內,客戶可額外以贈品形式合共獲得2張電影同行優惠券(「電影同行優惠券」)有關額外贈送的電影同行優惠券將分為兩期生效,分別於服務生效當日及服務生效當日起計第31天各生效1張電影同行優惠券。 ii.如客戶訂購「Link著數會員(新灣區版)」服務合約優惠 – 24個月合約,合約期內,客戶可額外以贈品形式合共獲得4張電影同行優惠券。有關額外贈送的電影同行優惠券將分為四期生效,分別於服務生效當日、服務生效當日起計第31天,服務生效當日起計第61天,服務生效當日起計第91天各生效1張電影同行優惠券。 iii.合約期內,客戶可於MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中查看獲得的電影同行優惠券。 iv.客戶使用電影同行優惠券可於指定商場及指定影院享受享受指定電影票買一送一的優惠一次,電影同行優惠券受相關條款及細則約束,詳情請瀏覽詳情請瀏覽Link著數會員(新灣區版)服務頁面內的觀影禮券頁面或MyLink APP或中國移動香港官方網站 - 「我的電子券」中獲得的電影同行優惠券之條款與細則。 v.客戶知悉並同意本服務下電影同行優惠券適用的指定商場及指定影院將不時更動,以 https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use_direct.html?type=3 頁面實時顯示為準。 vi.電影同行優惠券的有效期自電影同行優惠券生效當日起計60日內有效。如逾期仍未使用,有關電影同行優惠券將自動作廢,且無法延期或退款。 (4)品牌劵、洗車券、電影同行優惠券及以上電子劵/權益適用的產品/服務由九州消費科技投資(深圳)有限公司/相關指定商鋪/商場(統稱「移動優享服務第三方供應商」)提供。中國移動香港並不會對有關移動優享服務第三方供應商提供的產品/服務之任何相關資料、內容及其功能,包括但不限於任何商業適售性、或特定目的之適用性、可用性、質量、性質、準確性和實用性、或當中可能包含之知識產權之正當性作出任何陳述、保證或承擔任何責任。 (5)中國移動香港就所購買/換領的有關移動優享服務第三方供應商提供的產品/服務的描述所提供的資料、文字、相片、示意圖及圖片等均僅供參考,請以實物為準。 (6)產品內容如有任何更改、或移動優享服務第三方供應商/公司停止供應產品/服務、或移動優享服務第三方供應商/公司以任何其他移動優享服務第三方供應商/公司產品/服務作為本服務服務內容之替代,恕不另行通知。中國移動香港概不負上任何賠償責任。 (7)中國移動香港對任何移動優享服務第三方供應商所提供的商品或服務之品質、安全性及合法性,供應商的商譽與可信性均無控制力及保證。如對商品或服務的質素或供應情況有任何查詢、申索或投訴,客戶應直接向有關供應商提出。中國移動香港對此不承擔任何責任。 (8)為免存疑,品牌劵、洗車券及電影同行優惠券不可退換或兌換現金,亦不能更換丶退款丶分拆、出售、轉贈或轉讓他人。 10當客戶本服務的合約期屆滿後,中國移動香港將自動終止向客戶提供本服務。 11如客戶欲在合約期內終止指定服務,須親臨門市、致電客戶服務熱線12580或透過中國移動香港網上商店以完成登記終止指定服務的手續。 12如任何客戶有任何違反法律、本條款及細則或可能損害第三方權利的行為或不作為,該客戶同意並契諾向中國移動香港為其行為或不作為引致或相關的任何糾紛及索賠作出全面彌償以及使中國移動香港免受損害。 13本服務只供客戶本人個人使用,絕不能複製、轉售、與人分享、記錄或轉寄任何從本服務取得的內容或以其他人名義建立帳戶。 14如客戶終止申請本服務的中國移動香港流動服務月費計劃,本服務將會被取消。 15中國移動香港可隨時在發出或不發出通知的情況下 (i) 取消或暫停本服務或其中任何部份;(ii) 限制或暫停客戶使用本服務,如中國移動香港認為基於客戶對本服務之使用,此等行動是適當的;(iii) 基於不同原因而使中國移動香港認為是對本服務之管理或運作或中國移動香港的業務是必要的而採取或不採取任何行動以致擴大、減少、修改、暫停、限制本服務或其中任何部份,或使其不能使用或受到不良影響。 16中國移動香港對任何第三方供應商(「供應商」)所提供的商品或服務之品質、安全性及合法性,供應商的商譽與可信性均無控制力及保證。如對商品或服務的質素或供應情況有任何查詢、申索或投訴,客戶應直接向有關供應商提出。中國移動香港對此不承擔任何責任。 免責聲明 17客戶同意不會使用本服務作出以下行為及 / 或用途: (A)涉及或容許任何侵犯第三方供應商權利、版權或知識產權之行為或內容; (B)涉及或容許任何違法、不當、淫穢、猥褻、不道德、誹謗、詐騙或不誠實使用、誤導、歧視、煽動仇恨、煽動叛亂、分裂、危害公共秩序或危害國家安全等行為或內容; (C)涉及或容許駭客活動、攻擊、干擾或未經授權登入、使用或查閱其他任何第三方供應商裝置、設備、設施、系統、網站、網頁、資料或內容; (D)接收、抄錄、發佈、分發或分銷、傳遞或傳閱、或任何利用非法或未經授權之內容; (E)接收、抄錄、發佈、分發或分銷、傳遞或傳閱、或任何利用商業內容或作商業或傳銷用途;及 (F)涉及或容許任何儲存、使用、上下載任何工具或軟件以作收集任何地址或 IP 位址、任何個人資料、或任何未經授權之資料。 18中國移動香港不保證以下事項: (A)本服務符合客戶的要求; These terms and conditions apply to any customer who enters and/or uses the "Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver)" service (the "Service/Service"). 3.Eligible customers can enter this service processing page through China Mobile Hong Kong online store, 12580 hotline, store or MyLink App-Sidebar-Link Jetso VIPs-"Link Jetso VIPs (New GBA ver)" to successfully order value-added services; 4.You can apply for up to one service per phone number. 5.After successfully applying for this service, China Mobile Hong Kong will send a confirmation SMS to the customer, which includes details of the activation method selected by the customer. 6.When China Mobile Hong Kong has charged the customer a service fee and/or the customer has paid a fee, such service fee cannot be refunded or exchanged. 7.During the contract period, customers may use this service through the MyLink App-Sidebar-Members-"Link Jetso VIPs (Bay Area Version)" page ("Link Jetso VIPs (Bay Area Version) Service Page"). 8.If the customer terminates the specified service during the contract period, the customer must pay the agreed compensation amount to China Mobile Hong Kong, that is, the entire monthly fee for this service for the remaining months during the contract period. 9.This service is divided into three parts: (A) Mshop Pass Service, (B) Link Jetso VIP Service and (C) Special Gifts. The validity period of the parking ticket is 30 days from the activation date of the parking ticket. During the contract period, customers can enjoy various basic services in designated shopping malls ("Mall Membership Privileges Services"). The details are as follows: (1) Product member price: (i) During the subscription contract period, customers can purchase designated electronic coupon products, physical products and/or insurance products ("Designated Discount Products") on the MyLink platform through this service at a designated discounted price ("Member Discount Price"). (ii) The customer understands and agrees that the member discount price available under this service and the designated discount price products applicable to the member discount price benefits will change from time to time, but the member discount price will be at least HK $1 different from the regular price of the designated discount price products (the "Minimum Discount"). (2) Daily offers: (i) During the contract period, customers can click on the "Daily offers" column of the Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver) service page every calendar day to receive designated cross-border bus coupons, designated merchant coupons and/or Mainland China coupons ("Daily Coupons"). (ii) There may be an upper limit on the number of daily coupons to be collected. Details of coupons and related upper limit on the number of coupons to be collected shall be subject to the description page of the relevant coupons. (iii) The use of daily coupons is subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit the individual description page of daily coupons. (iv) Daily coupons have a validity period, and the specific validity period shall be subject to the description page of the relevant coupon. Customers must use the daily coupon before the expiration of the validity period, which will be invalid after the expiration date, and will not be reissued or extended. (8)For the avoidance of doubt, Brand Cash Coupons, Free Car Washing Vouchers and 2-for-1 Movie Ticket Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, nor can they be replaced, refunded, split, sold, donated or transferred to others 10.When the customer's contract period of this service expires, China Mobile Hong Kong will automatically terminate the provision of this service to the customer. 11.If the customer wants to terminate the designated service during the contract period, he must visit the store in person, call the customer service hotline 12580 or complete the registration procedures for termination of the designated service through China Mobile Hong Kong online store. 12.If any customer commits any act or omission that violates the law, these terms and conditions or may damage the rights of third parties, the customer agrees and covenants to fully indemnify and hold China Mobile Hong Kong harmless from any disputes and claims arising out of or related to his act or omission. 13.This service is only for the customer's personal use, and it must not be copied, resold, shared with others, recorded or forwarded any content obtained from this service or established an account in the name of others. 14.If the customer terminates the monthly subscription plan of China Mobile Hong Kong mobile service for this service, this service will be cancelled. 15.CMHK may at any time with or without notice (i) cancel or suspend the Service or any part thereof; (ii) restrict or suspend customers' use of the Service, if China Mobile Hong Kong believes that such actions are appropriate based on customers' use of the Service; (iii) for different reasons, China Mobile Hong Kong believes that it is necessary for the management or operation of the Service or China Mobile Hong Kong's business, and takes or refrains from taking any action to expand, reduce, modify, suspend, restrict the Service or any part thereof, or render it unusable or adversely affected. 16.China Mobile Hong Kong has no control or guarantee over the quality, safety and legality of goods or services provided by any third-party supplier ("Supplier"), the goodwill and credibility of the supplier. If you have any inquiries, claims or complaints about the quality or supply of goods or services, customers should make them directly to the relevant suppliers. China Mobile Hong Kong accepts no responsibility for this. Disclaimer 17.If China Mobile Hong Kong suspects that any customer is (i) engaging in or associated with abnormal/suspicious activities; or (ii) using improper methods or fraudulent actions that disrupt or interfere with the operation of any part of the service, or cause technical issues; or discovers (iii) any dishonest behavior, or the provision of false, incorrect, or misleading information; or (iv) any violation of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations; or (v) any malicious or bad faith use of any related services; China Mobile Hong Kong reserves the discretion and final authority to suspend or cancel the customer's eligibility to receive the service or to obtain/use trial offers and future promotional activities without any notice and without any liability to any party, and retains the right to take further action against that customer. 18.If a customer's submitted personal information is incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading due to any factors beyond China Mobile Hong Kong's control, or if this results in China Mobile Hong Kong's inability to contact or verify the customer's identity, it will be considered a waiver of participation in the activity and/or eligibility for benefits products. The customer shall not request a reshipment or any form of compensation, and China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be liable for any such issues. 19.China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) arising from service failures, interruptions, delays, or temporary suspensions due to power or network failures, or any other circumstances beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, issues caused by technical failures, difficulties or errors, network outages, interruptions or congestion, mobile application failures, issues caused by third-party suppliers or companies, software incompatibility, or any other reasons (including but not limited to issues with any terminal devices or internet networks), which may result in delays, losses, errors, unrecognized responses, or failure to obtain benefits products. No reshipment or compensation will be provided by China Mobile Hong Kong for such situations. 20.China Mobile Hong Kong makes no representations or warranties regarding any related data, content, and functionalities of the benefits products, including but not limited to their commercial marketability, suitability for a particular purpose, availability, quality, nature, accuracy, and practicality, or the legitimacy of any intellectual property contained therein. China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be held responsible for any such matters. 24.If any customer engages in any actions or omissions that violate the law, these terms and conditions, or may harm the rights of third parties, the customer agrees and promises to fully indemnify China Mobile Hong Kong for any disputes and claims arising from or related to such actions or omissions, and to hold China Mobile Hong Kong harmless. 25.China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from causes that are beyond its reasonable control or not due to its fault or negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, power failures, wars, threats of war, riots or other civil disobedience, violence, natural disasters, restrictions imposed by government or other legal authorities, or any other industrial or commercial disputes, such as fires, explosions, storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, and other natural disasters, which may cause delays or failures in the performance of any or all terms of these terms and conditions. (iv)客户每个账单月内最多可透过指定产品返积分权益领取合共1500积分的回赠。客户于每个账单月内所获得的积分回赠达到1500积分的上限后,任何购买指定回赠产品所支付的金额均不会获得任何积分回赠。 (v)客户知悉并同意本服务下指定回赠产品及相关的回赠百分比将不时更动,但每个账单月内最少会提供2个回赠百分比不少于1%的指定回赠产品。 (vi)指定回赠产品及回赠百分比以会员卡页面的「现金支付积分回赠」实时显示为准。 (vii)所有积分均有使用有效期。积分有效期取决于积分被存入客户的MyLink账户之时间。 (viii)客户应于积分有效期满前使用积分作兑换奖赏或购买指定产品/服务,逾期作废,并将不获补发或延长有效期,兑换MyLink积分须参阅并同意MyLink积分计划的条款及细则(详情载于https://www.hk.chinamobile.com/tc/mylinkpoints.html )。 (4)中国移动香港并不会对有关商品会员价、日日拎着数、指定产品返积分三项权益适用的产品/服务(「权益产品」)之任何相关数据、内容及其功能,包括但不限于任何商业适售性、或特定目的之适用性、可用性、质量、性质、准确性和实用性、或当中可能包含之知识产权之正当性作出任何陈述、保证或承担任何责任。 (5)中国移动香港就所购买/换领的权益产品的描述所提供的数据、文字、相片、示意图及图片等均仅供参考,请以实物为准。 (6)本服务适用之电子券商品、实体商品、保险产品之说明及条款,请以具体电子券商品、实体商品、保险产品之条款及细则为准;中国移动香港有权随时修改此类产品特别说明而不作另行通知。 (7)权益产品内容如有任何更改、或第三方供货商/公司停止供应产品、或第三方供货商/公司以任何其他第三方供货商/公司产品作为权益产品之替代,恕不另行通知。中国移动香港概不负上任何赔偿责任。 (8)中国移动香港对第三方供货商/公司提供的权益产品或服务之质量、安全性及合法性,刊登内容之真实性及准确性,第三方供货商/公司的商誉与可信性均无控制力及保证。客户如对权益产品的质素或供应情况有任何查询、申索或投诉,应直接向有关第三方供货商/公司提出。中国移动香港对此不承担任何责任。 (9)客户获取每日优惠劵、会员折扣价及/或积分后,不可退换或兑换现金,亦不能更换丶出售、分拆、转赠或转让他人。 (C)特惠赠品 办理本服务后,客户可视乎客户所选择之服务计划根据本9(c)段所述内容在合约期内获得以下赠品(「特惠赠品」),详情如下:

(B)涉及或容许任何违法、不当、淫秽、猥亵、不道德、诽谤、诈骗或不诚实使用、误导、歧视、煽动仇恨、煽动叛乱、分裂、危害公共秩序或危害国家安全等行为或内容; (C)涉及或容许黑客活动、攻击、干扰或未经授权登入、使用或查阅其他任何第三方供货商装置、设备、设施、系统、网站、网页、数据或内容; (D)接收、抄录、发布、分发或分销、传递或传阅、或任何利用非法或未经授权之内容; (E)接收、抄录、发布、分发或分销、传递或传阅、或任何利用商业内容或作商业或传销用途;及 (F)涉及或容许任何储存、使用、上下载任何工具或软件以作收集任何地址或 IP 地址、任何个人资料、或任何未经授权之数据。 18中国移动香港不保证以下事项: (A)本服务符合客户的要求; (B)本服务不受干扰、及时提供、安全可靠或免于出错; (C)由本服务之使用而取得之数据为正确或真实;或 (D)客户经由本服务取得之任何服务、信息或其他数据将符合客户的期望。 19客户明白、确认及同意本服务是由中国移动香港按「原样」和「可用」的基础提供的。中国移动香港不就本服务的提供(包括但不限于服务的任何目的的适用性、质量标准或性能或准确性)作出任何类型(明示或暗示)的陈述或保证。中国移动香港在此明确不保证服务不会中断、没有错误或没有任何污染或破坏性的财产。 20中国移动香港不会对任何客户通讯或个人化设定之时效、删除、传递错误、未予储存数据或因任何数据之下载而导致客户的流动通讯设备内数据遗失及无法恢复承担任何责任。 21客户同意中国移动香港不会就客户使用本服务的任何功能或内容及本服务可能或实质所造成或引致的任何后果、费用、支出、损失或损害负上任何责任。 22在任何情况下,中国移动香港均不对本服务的任何收入损失(无论直接或间接)、利润损失或任何间接损失承担合同、侵权(包括疏忽或违反法定义务)或其他方面的责任。 23中国移动香港在任何情况下均不对客户就任何间接、附带、后果性、依赖或特殊损害或收入损失、数据丢失、储蓄损失或任何形式的利润损失提出索赔,不论诉讼形式如何,无论是在合同、保证、严格责任或侵权行为,包括但不限于任何类型主动的还是被动的疏忽。 24在无损上文之一般性及在法律容许的最大程度下,中国移动香港在本服务下承担的全部责任金额,包括与本服务相关的索赔、费用、损害赔偿等,均不得超过任何索赔事件发生前 12 个月内客户所支付的服务费总额。 25客户利用数据网络下载MyLink及/或使用本服务时,客户须缴付数据传输费用,或从月费计划/组合之数据用量中扣除。如客户在香港境外下载MyLink及/或使用本服务,或需另行支付有关之漫游数据费用 26客户不得以任何理由要求回赠或退款,包括但不限于本服务任何功能或内容于任何时间内由于维修或技术问题或于中国移动香港不能控制的情况下而被中断或暂停服务,或客户因不同原因而不能使用本服务或串流其中之内容。 27中国移动香港可随时在发出或不发出通知的情况下︰ (A)取消或暂停本服务或其中任何部份,以作出系统维修、更新、测试及 / 或维修; (B)  在中国移动香港认为客户不适当地使用本服务的情况下限制或暂停客户使用本服务;或 (C)中国移动香港基于不同原因认为本服务在无障碍条件下对本服务管理或运作或中国移动香港的业务产生不利影响。中国移动香港可采取任何行动以致扩大、减少、修改、暂停或限制本服务任何功能或内容。 28中国移动香港发现客户可疑或不确定、欺诈、欺骗、非法或不正当使用本服务下,中国移动香港可暂时或永久暂停客户使用本服务。 29凡由于中国移动香港无法合理控制或并非其过失或疏忽所致的原因,包括但不限于电力故障、战争、面臨战争威胁、骚亂或其他公民抗命行为、暴动、天灾、由政府或任何其他国家法律机关所实施的限制或任何其他工业或行业纠纷、火灾、爆炸、风暴、水灾、雷电、地震及其他自然灾害,以致延迟或未能履行本条款及细则的全部或部分条款而造成任何损失或损害,中国移动香港均无须负责。 个人资料收集声明 30客户参与本服务即同意及接受中国移动香港收集、使用和披露其个人资料用于本服务之行政及与本服务一切相关用途,以及其他在一般个人资料收集声明和私隐政策声明中列出的用途。客户已细阅、明白及同意中国移动香港之一般个人资料收集声明及私隐政策声明所载之内容,并同意接受其约束。上述声明分别载于︰https://www.hk.chinamobile.com/tc/home/contract-terms-conditions/event-tnc-list#3-0及https://www.hk.chinamobile.com/tc/home/contract-terms-conditions/event-tnc-list#1-0。 31上述声明乃遵照《个人资料(私稳)条例》(香港法例第486章)的要求而发出,通知客户收集数据的目的,及客户同意中国移动香港使用这些数据及其权利。客户有权根据《个人资料(私隐)条例》(香港法例第486章)的规定,要求查阅或更正客户之个人资料。如有任何查阅或更正资料的要求,请参阅中国移动香港的私隐政策声明之详情。 32客户如欲查阅个人资料及更正个人资料须致函: 中国移动香港有限公司,地址:香港新界葵涌葵昌路51 号九龙贸易中心1 座 20 楼,收信人:数据保护主任;或致电中国移动香港拒收商业电子讯息登记热线6226 4926 或客户服务热线12580。 其他注意事项 33本条款及细则及一切与本条款及细则相关的事项均应受香港特别行政区法律专属管辖及以其作解释及执行。客户同意,如有任何分歧、争议、请求或索赔等,将不可撤回地及无条件地服从香港特别行政区法院的专属管辖权。 34本条款及细则中的每一条条款应有独立的执行力,其有效性不受其他条款之无效性影响。 35除客户和中国移动香港外,任何人均不享有《合约(第三者权利)条例》(香港法例第623章)下的任何权利,以执行或享有本条款及细则任何条文的利益或权利。 36中国移动香港保留随时更改本服务内容及收费、终止本服务、及/或修订本条款及细则的权利,恕不另行通知。任何有关服务的临时改动或取消,将以中国移动香港的公布为确据。 37本服务不设上诉机制。如有任何争议,中国移动香港保留最终决定权。任何争议将以中国移动香港之系统记录作为确据。 38本条款及细则的中、英文版如有任何歧义,概以中文版为准。
