These terms and conditions apply to any customer who enters and/or uses the "Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver)" service (the "Service/Service").
When the customer handles/enters/uses this service, it means that the customer has agreed to the following terms and conditions and is bound by them:
1.This service is only applicable to customers of China Mobile Hong Kong Limited ("CMHK") monthly service plan who have not subscribed to Link Jetso VIP card and/or China Mobile Basic Mshop Pass/Premium Mshop Pass Service (excluding Mainland number registration and non-CMHK customers)
2.The activation time, contract period and service content of this service plan depend on the activation method selected by the customer. The details are as follows:

- This Service will take effect from the first day of the next billing month after the customer successfully applies for this Service.

The service fee for this Service will be automatically credited to the customer's CMHK account and displayed on the bill.
- For Option 2 customers, a billing month refers to the period calculated from the billing issue date of the CMHK personal mobile telecommunications monthly service plan used for this Service until the day before the next month's billing issue date.

3.Eligible customers can enter this service processing page through China Mobile Hong Kong online store, 12580 hotline, store or MyLink App-Sidebar-Link Jetso VIPs-"Link Jetso VIPs (New GBA ver)" to successfully order value-added services;
4.You can apply for up to one service per phone number.
5.After successfully applying for this service, China Mobile Hong Kong will send a confirmation SMS to the customer, which includes details of the activation method selected by the customer.
6.When China Mobile Hong Kong has charged the customer a service fee and/or the customer has paid a fee, such service fee cannot be refunded or exchanged.
7.During the contract period, customers may use this service through the MyLink App-Sidebar-Members-"Link Jetso VIPs (Bay Area Version)" page ("Link Jetso VIPs (Bay Area Version) Service Page").
8.If the customer terminates the specified service during the contract period, the customer must pay the agreed compensation amount to China Mobile Hong Kong, that is, the entire monthly fee for this service for the remaining months during the contract period.
9.This service is divided into three parts: (A) Mshop Pass Service, (B) Link Jetso VIP Service and (C) Special Gifts. The specific contents are as follows:
(A)Mshop Pass Service:
(1) Mshop Vouchers price discount
i. During the contract period, customers can purchase Mshop Vouchers with different face values at specified preferential prices on the Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver) service page. The preferential prices are as follows:

iii. The customer understands and agrees that the designated shopping malls, designated stores and products to which the Mshop vouchers are applicable under this service will change from time to time, and the real-time display on the Mshop voucher product details page shall prevail.
iv. The validity period of the Mshop voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase of the Mshop voucher. For reference only, if a user purchases a Mshop voucher on June 5, 2025, the validity period of the Mshop voucher will start from the purchase of the Mshop voucher and end on July 4, 2025. If it is not used after the deadline, the relevant Mshop voucher will be automatically invalid and cannot be extended or refunded.
(2) Brand Cash Coupon issuance:
i. During the contract period, the customer will receive one Brand Cash Coupon ("Brand Coupon") with a face value of RMB 10 on the first day of each billing month.
ii. During the contract period, customers can view the brand cash coupon obtained in the MyLink APP or China Mobile Hong Kong official website-"My E-Coupon".
iii. The face value of each brand cash coupon is RMB 10 yuan.
iv. The customer understands and agrees that the designated shopping malls, designated stores and products to which the brand cash coupons under this service are applicable will be changed from time to time, at https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use _ direct.html? type = 4 The real-time display of the page shall prevail.
v. Brand cash coupons are subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit the brand cash coupon page on the Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver) service page or the brand cash coupons obtained on the MyLink APP or China Mobile Hong Kong official website-"My e-Coupons" Terms and Conditions.
vi. The validity period of the brand cash coupon is valid for 60 days from the activation date of the brand cash coupon. If it is not used within the time limit, the relevant brand cash coupon will be automatically invalid and cannot be extended or refunded.
(3)Free Parking Voucher issuance:
i. During the contract period, the customer will receive one Free Parking Voucher ("Free Parking Voucher") on the first day of each billing month.
ii. During the contract period, customers can view the Free Parking Voucher obtained in the MyLink APP or China Mobile Hong Kong official website-"My E-Coupon".
iii. Customers can enjoy one-hour free parking service in designated shopping malls by using parking coupons. Parking coupons are subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit the parking discount page on the Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver) service page or MyLink APP or China Mobile Hong Kong Official Website-Terms and Conditions of Free Parking Vouchers Obtained in "My E-Vouchers".
iv. Customer understands and agrees that the designated shopping malls where parking tickets are applicable under this service will change from time to time, at https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use _ direct.html? type = 3 page real-time display shall prevail.
v. The validity period of the parking ticket is 30 days from the activation date of the parking ticket. If it is not used within the time limit, the relevant parking ticket will be automatically invalid and cannot be extended or refunded.
(4) Mall Membership Privileges services:
i. During the contract period, customers can enjoy various basic services in designated shopping malls ("Mall Membership Privileges Services"). For details of designated shopping malls and applicable mall membership privileges services, please visit: https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use _ direct.html? type = 2.
ii.Customers need to go to the service desk of the designated shopping mall or the applicable store of the designated shopping mall and show the card face section on the Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver) service page to the relevant service personnel to enjoy the relevant mall membership privileges services. As far as birthday privileges in mall membership privileges services are concerned, customers need to show valid identity documents to relevant service personnel at the same time to prove that that day is the customer's birthday date before they can enjoy relevant birthday privilege services.
iii. The specific mall membership privileges and interests service content shall be subject to the provision of shopping malls or shops; If you have any related inquiries, please consult the mall service desk or the specific store staff.
iv. The customer understands and agrees that the mall membership privileges service under this service and the designated shopping malls and designated stores to which the mall membership privileges service is applicable will be changed from time to time, at https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use _ direct.html? type = 2. The real-time display of the page shall prevail.
v. Mall membership privileges services are only used by customers themselves and cannot be lent to others.
(5) Mshop vouchers, brand cash coupons, free parking vouchers, mall membership privileges services and the above electronic coupons/benefits applicable products/services are provided by Jiuzhou Consumer Technology Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd./relevant designated stores/shopping malls (collectively referred to as "third-party providers of mobile premium services"). China Mobile Hong Kong does not make any representations, warranties or assume any responsibility for any relevant information, content and functions regarding the products/services provided by third-party providers of mobile premium services, including but not limited to any commercial merchantability, or suitability for a specific purpose, availability, quality, nature, accuracy and practicality, or the legitimacy of intellectual property rights that may be contained therein.
(6) The information, text, photos, diagrams and pictures provided by China Mobile Hong Kong regarding the purchased/redeemed descriptions of products/services provided by third-party providers of mobile premium services are for reference only, please refer to the actual product.
(7) There are any changes to the product content, or the third-party provider/company of Mobile Premium Services ceases to supply products/services, or the third-party provider/company of Mobile Premium Services uses any other third-party provider/company of Mobile Premium Services products/services as a substitute for the service content of this service without prior notice. China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be liable for any compensation.
(8) China Mobile Hong Kong has no control or guarantee over the quality, safety and legality of goods or services provided by any third-party provider of mobile premium services, as well as the goodwill and credibility of the supplier. If you have any inquiries, claims or complaints about the quality or supply of goods or services, customers should make them directly to the relevant suppliers. China Mobile Hong Kong accepts no responsibility for this.
(9) For the avoidance of doubt, Mshop vouchers, brand cash coupons and free parking vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, nor can they be replaced, refunded, split, sold, donated or transferred to others.
(B)Link Jetso VIP Service
After applying for this service, customers can enjoy product membership prices, Daily offers, and points rebate rights for designated products (collectively referred to as "member rights"). The details are as follows:
(1) Product member price:
(i) During the subscription contract period, customers can purchase designated electronic coupon products, physical products and/or insurance products ("Designated Discount Products") on the MyLink platform through this service at a designated discounted price ("Member Discount Price").
(ii) The customer understands and agrees that the member discount price available under this service and the designated discount price products applicable to the member discount price benefits will change from time to time, but the member discount price will be at least HK $1 different from the regular price of the designated discount price products (the "Minimum Discount").
(iii) The "Member Discount Price" and "Designated Discount Price Products" available to customers are (1) linked to the Member (New GBA ver) service page; And (2) the member discount price displayed in real time on the MyLink product details page of the specified discount price product shall prevail.
(iv) The regular price of the specified discount price product is subject to the display on the MyLink product details page of the specified discount price product.
(2) Daily offers:
(i) During the contract period, customers can click on the "Daily offers" column of the Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver) service page every calendar day to receive designated cross-border bus coupons, designated merchant coupons and/or Mainland China coupons ("Daily Coupons").
(ii) There may be an upper limit on the number of daily coupons to be collected. Details of coupons and related upper limit on the number of coupons to be collected shall be subject to the description page of the relevant coupons.
(iii) The use of daily coupons is subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit the individual description page of daily coupons.
(iv) Daily coupons have a validity period, and the specific validity period shall be subject to the description page of the relevant coupon. Customers must use the daily coupon before the expiration of the validity period, which will be invalid after the expiration date, and will not be reissued or extended.
(v) The daily coupons that customers can collect through this service must be collected within the day when they are open for collection. They will not be reissued or replaced after the deadline. The daily coupons that customers can receive on each calendar day cannot be accumulated or transferred to the next calendar day.
(vi) The customer understands and agrees that the daily coupons that can be collected under this service, the types of daily coupons and the products/services applicable to the daily coupons will change from time to time, but if the customer successfully collects all daily coupons that can be collected during the billing month In case of coupons, the total face value of all daily coupons collected during the billing month will not be less than HK $20.
(vii) The daily discount coupons that customers can receive are subject to the real-time display on the membership card page.
(3) Specified product rebate points:
(i) During the contract period, customers who purchase designated products ("Designated Rebate Products") by electronic cash payment can receive the corresponding amount of MyLink points rebate in accordance with Article 9 (B) (3) of these Terms and Conditions.
(ii) Specified Rebate Products have different MyLink Points rebate percentages ("Rebate Percentages"), and the rebate percentages for specified Rebate Products are subject to those shown on the details page of the specified Rebate Products.
(iii) The calculation formula of MyLink points rebate that customers can get when ordering designated rebate products is as follows:

(iv) Customers can receive a total of 1500 rebate points through designated product rebate points rights within each billing month. After the point rebate obtained by the customer in each billing month reaches the upper limit of 1500 points, any amount paid for the purchase of the designated rebate product will not receive any point rebate.
(v) The customer understands and agrees that the designated rebate products and related rebate percentages under this service will change from time to time, but at least 2 designated rebate products with a rebate percentage of not less than 1% will be provided in each billing month.
(vi) The specified rebate products and rebate percentage are subject to the real-time display of "Cash Payment Points Rebate" on the membership card page.
(vii) All points are valid. The validity period of the points depends on the time when the points are credited to the customer's MyLink account.
(viii) Customers should use the points to redeem rewards or purchase designated products/services before the expiration of the validity period of the points. They will be invalid after the expiration date and will not be reissued or extended. To redeem MyLink points, you must refer to and agree to the terms and conditions of the MyLink points program (details are set out at https://www.hk.chinamobile.com/tc/mylinkpoints.html).
(4) China Mobile Hong Kong does not make any representation, warranty or assume any responsibility for any relevant information, content and functions of the products/services ("Equity Products") to which the three benefits of product membership price, daily carrying number, and designated product rebate points apply, including but not limited to any commercial suitability, or suitability, availability, quality, nature, accuracy and practicality for a specific purpose, or the legitimacy of intellectual property rights that may be contained therein.
(5) The information, text, photos, schematic diagrams and pictures provided by China Mobile Hong Kong on the description of the purchased/redeemed rights products are for reference only, please refer to the actual product.
(6) For the description and terms of the electronic coupon products, physical products, and insurance products applicable to this service, please refer to the terms and conditions of the specific electronic coupon products, physical products, and insurance products; China Mobile Hong Kong reserves the right to modify the special description of such products at any time without notice.
(7) The content of the equity products is subject to any changes, or the third-party supplier/company stops supplying the products, or the third-party supplier/company replaces the equity products with any other third-party supplier/company products without prior notice. China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be liable for any compensation.
(8) China Mobile Hong Kong has no control over the quality, security and legality of equity products or services provided by third-party suppliers/companies, the authenticity and accuracy of published content, and the goodwill and credibility of third-party suppliers/companies. and guarantee. If customers have any inquiries, claims or complaints about the quality or supply of equity products, they should make them directly to the relevant third-party suppliers/companies. (9) After customers obtain daily coupons, member discount prices and/or points, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, nor can they be exchanged, sold, split, donated or transferred to others.
(C)Special Gifts

If the customer subscribes to the "Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver)" Service 12-month Contract Offer, during the contract period, the customer will additionally receive a total of 8 Brand Cash Coupons with a face value of RMB 10 each as gifts. These additional Brand Cash Coupons will become effective in two phases: 4 coupons will become effective on the service effective date, and 4 coupons will become effective on the 31st day after the service effective date.
ii. If the customer subscribes to the "Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver)" Service 24-month Contract Offer, during the contract period, the customer will additionally receive a total of 16 Brand Vouchers with a face value of RMB 10 each as gifts. These additional Brand Cash Coupons will become effective in four phases: 4 coupons will become effective on the service effective date, 4 coupons on the 31st day, 4 coupons on the 61st day, and 4 coupons on the 91st day after the service effective date.
iii. During the contract period, customers can view the brand cash coupon obtained in the MyLink APP or China Mobile Hong Kong official website-"My E-Coupon".
iv. The face value of each brand cash coupon is RMB 10 yuan.
v. The customer understands and agrees that the designated shopping malls, designated stores and products to which the brand cash coupons under this service are applicable will be changed from time to time, at https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use _ direct.html? type = 4 The real-time display of the page shall prevail.
vi. Brand cash coupons are subject to relevant terms and conditions. (2)Additional Free Car Washing Voucher:
i. If the customer subscribes to the "Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver)" Service 12-month Contract Offer, during the contract period, the customer will additionally receive a total of 2 Free Car Washing Vouchers as gifts. These additional Free Car Washing Vouchers will become effective in two phases: 1 vouchers will become effective on the service effective date, and 1 vouchers will become effective on the 31st day after the service effective date.
ii. If the customer subscribes to the "Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver)" Service 24-month Contract Offer, during the contract period, the customer will additionally receive a total of 4 Free Car Washing Vouchers as gifts. These additional Free Car Washing Vouchers will become effective in four phases: 1 vouchers will become effective on the service effective date, 1 vouchers on the 31st day, 1 vouchers on the 61st day, and 1 vouchers on the 91st day after the service effective date.
iii. During the contract period, customers can view the Free Car Washing Vouchers obtained in the MyLink APP or China Mobile Hong Kong official website-"My E-Coupon".
iv. Customers who use the free car washing voucher can enjoy free car wash service for cars with 5 seats or less once in designated shopping malls. The free car washing voucher is subject to relevant terms and conditions. v. The customer understands and agrees that the designated shopping malls to which the free car washing voucher applies under this service will change from time to time, at https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use _ direct.html? type = 5 page real-time display shall prevail.
vi. The validity period of the free car washing voucher is 60 days from the activation date of the free car washing voucher. If it is not used within the time limit, the relevant free car washing voucher will be automatically invalid and cannot be extended or refunded.
(3)Additional 2-for-1 Movie Ticket Voucher:
i. If the customer subscribes to the "Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver)" Service 12-month Contract Offer, during the contract period, the customer will additionally receive a total of 2 2-for-1 Movie Ticket Vouchers as gifts. These additional2-for-1 Movie Ticket Vouchers will become effective in two phases: 1 vouchers will become effective on the service effective date, and 1 vouchers will become effective on the 31st day after the service effective date.
ii. If the customer subscribes to the "Link Jetso VIP (New GBA ver)" Service 24-month Contract Offer, during the contract period, the customer will additionally receive a total of 4 2-for-1 Movie Ticket Vouchers as gifts. These additional 2-for-1 Movie Ticket Vouchers will become effective in four phases: 1 vouchers will become effective on the service effective date, 1 vouchers on the 31st day, 1 vouchers on the 61st day, and 1 vouchers on the 91st day after the service effective date.
iii. During the contract period, customers can view the 2-for-1 Movie Ticket Vouchers obtained in the MyLink APP or China Mobile Hong Kong official website-"My E-Coupon".
iv. Customers can enjoy the buy-one, get-one-free discount for designated movie tickets in designated shopping malls and designated theaters by using the 2-for-1 movie ticket voucher. The 2-for-1 movie ticket voucher is subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit the Link Jetso VIPs (New GBA ver) service page or the terms and conditions of the 2-for-1 movie ticket voucher obtained on the MyLink APP or China Mobile Hong Kong official website-"My e-Coupon".
v. The Customer understands and agrees that the designated shopping malls and designated theaters to which the 2-for-1 movie ticket voucher applies under this Service will be changed from time to time, at https://cdn.mylink.hk.chinamobile.com/equity/h5/jetsoVip/use _ direct.html? type = 3 page real-time display shall prevail.
vi. The validity period of the 2-for-1 movie ticket voucher is 60 days from the activation date of the 2-for-1 movie ticket voucher. If it is not used within the time limit, the relevant 2-for-1 movie ticket voucher will be automatically invalid and cannot be extended or refunded.
(4)Brand Cash Coupons, Free Car Washing Vouchers, 2-for-1 Movie Ticket Vouchers and the above electronic coupons/benefits applicable products/services are provided by Jiuzhou Consumer Technology Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd./relevant designated stores/shopping malls (collectively referred to as "third-party providers of mobile premium services"). (8)For the avoidance of doubt, Brand Cash Coupons, Free Car Washing Vouchers and 2-for-1 Movie Ticket Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, nor can they be replaced, refunded, split, sold, donated or transferred to others
10.When the customer's contract period of this service expires, China Mobile Hong Kong will automatically terminate the provision of this service to the customer.
11.If the customer wants to terminate the designated service during the contract period, he must visit the store in person, call the customer service hotline 12580 or complete the registration procedures for termination of the designated service through China Mobile Hong Kong online store.
12.If any customer commits any act or omission that violates the law, these terms and conditions or may damage the rights of third parties, the customer agrees and covenants to fully indemnify and hold China Mobile Hong Kong harmless from any disputes and claims arising out of or related to his act or omission.
13.This service is only for the customer's personal use, and it must not be copied, resold, shared with others, recorded or forwarded any content obtained from this service or established an account in the name of others.
14.If the customer terminates the monthly subscription plan of China Mobile Hong Kong mobile service for this service, this service will be cancelled.
15.CMHK may at any time with or without notice (i) cancel or suspend the Service or any part thereof; (ii) restrict or suspend customers' use of the Service, if China Mobile Hong Kong believes that such actions are appropriate based on customers' use of the Service; (iii) for different reasons, China Mobile Hong Kong believes that it is necessary for the management or operation of the Service or China Mobile Hong Kong's business, and takes or refrains from taking any action to expand, reduce, modify, suspend, restrict the Service or any part thereof, or render it unusable or adversely affected.
16.China Mobile Hong Kong has no control or guarantee over the quality, safety and legality of goods or services provided by any third-party supplier ("Supplier"), the goodwill and credibility of the supplier. Disclaimer
17.If China Mobile Hong Kong suspects that any customer is (i) engaging in or associated with abnormal/suspicious activities; or (ii) using improper methods or fraudulent actions that disrupt or interfere with the operation of any part of the service, or cause technical issues; or discovers (iii) any dishonest behavior, or the provision of false, incorrect, or misleading information; or (iv) any violation of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations; or (v) any malicious or bad faith use of any related services; China Mobile Hong Kong reserves the discretion and final authority to suspend or cancel the customer's eligibility to receive the service or to obtain/use trial offers and future promotional activities without any notice and without any liability to any party, and retains the right to take further action against that customer.
18.If a customer's submitted personal information is incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading due to any factors beyond China Mobile Hong Kong's control, or if this results in China Mobile Hong Kong's inability to contact or verify the customer's identity, it will be considered a waiver of participation in the activity and/or eligibility for benefits products. The customer shall not request a reshipment or any form of compensation, and China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be liable for any such issues.
19.China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) arising from service failures, interruptions, delays, or temporary suspensions due to power or network failures, or any other circumstances beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, issues caused by technical failures, difficulties or errors, network outages, interruptions or congestion, mobile application failures, issues caused by third-party suppliers or companies, software incompatibility, or any other reasons (including but not limited to issues with any terminal devices or internet networks), which may result in delays, losses, errors, unrecognized responses, or failure to obtain benefits products. No reshipment or compensation will be provided by China Mobile Hong Kong for such situations.
20.China Mobile Hong Kong makes no representations or warranties regarding any related data, content, and functionalities of the benefits products, including but not limited to their commercial marketability, suitability for a particular purpose, availability, quality, nature, accuracy, and practicality, or the legitimacy of any intellectual property contained therein. China Mobile Hong Kong shall not assume any liability in this regard.
21.The data, text, photos, illustrations, and images provided regarding the description of the purchased/redeemed benefits products by China Mobile Hong Kong are for reference only. Please refer to the actual products for accuracy.
22.If there are any changes to the content of the benefits products, or if a third-party supplier/company ceases to supply a product, or if a third-party supplier/company substitutes the benefits products with those from another third-party supplier/company, no prior notice will be given. China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be liable for any compensation in such cases.
23.China Mobile Hong Kong has no control or guarantee over the quality, safety, and legality of the benefits products or services provided by third-party suppliers/companies, nor the truthfulness and accuracy of the published content, or the reputation and credibility of the third-party suppliers/companies. If customers have any inquiries, claims, or complaints regarding the quality or supply of the benefits products, they should direct them to the relevant third-party suppliers/companies. China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be held responsible for any such matters.
24.If any customer engages in any actions or omissions that violate the law, these terms and conditions, or may harm the rights of third parties, the customer agrees and promises to fully indemnify China Mobile Hong Kong for any disputes and claims arising from or related to such actions or omissions, and to hold China Mobile Hong Kong harmless.
25.China Mobile Hong Kong shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from causes that are beyond its reasonable control or not due to its fault or negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, power failures, wars, threats of war, riots or other civil disobedience, violence, natural disasters, restrictions imposed by government or other legal authorities, or any other industrial or commercial disputes, such as fires, explosions, storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, and other natural disasters, which may cause delays or failures in the performance of any or all terms of these terms and conditions.
Personal Data Collection Statement
26.By participating in this event, customers agree to and accept that China Mobile Hong Kong may collect, use, and disclose their personal data for administrative purposes related to the event and for any other purposes outlined in the general personal data collection statement and privacy policy statement, including promotional and marketing purposes. Customers have read, understood, and agreed to the content contained in China Mobile Hon’ Kong's general personal data collection statement and privacy policy statement, and they agree to be bound by them. 27.The above statement is issued in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong), notifying customers of the purposes of data collection and the customers' consent to China Mobile Hong Kong's use of this data and their rights. Customers have the right to request access to or correction of their personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Other Considerations
29.If any individual has engaged in dishonest or fraudulent behavior in relation to China Mobile Hong Kong's MyLink activities, or has made any malicious or abnormal use of MyLink, or has violated any terms and conditions of China Mobile Hong Kong's activities, they will automatically be blacklisted from participating in the event and will lose eligibility to purchase or obtain any promotional products.
30.These terms and conditions, along with all matters related to them, shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Customers agree to irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for any disputes, controversies, claims, or requests arising from these terms and conditions.
31.Each provision of these terms and conditions shall have independent enforceability, and the validity of any provision shall not be affected by the invalidity of any other provision.
32.No person other than the customer and China Mobile Hong Kong shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any provision of these terms and conditions.
33.China Mobile Hong Kong reserves the right to change the content of this service, terminate the service, and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any temporary changes or cancellations related to the service will be evidenced by announcements made by China Mobile Hong Kong.
34.This service does not have an appeal mechanism. In the event of any dispute, China Mobile Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision. Any disputes will be evidenced by the records of China Mobile Hong Kong's systems.
35.In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
